The best way is to start a weight loss pragrom like Weight Watchers, or something similar. Do not do the Nutrisystem or Jennie Craig, because they are expensive and to keep weight off, you must use their food forever. Not a good situation. Once you are on a good weight loss plan, either WW or from a dietition, you must do exercise. One will not work without the other. Start by walking, biking, etc, and build up that way. As you lose, you will be able to do more. Try swimming also. This is a great way to expend calories. Good luck.
