Price:
Registration for the Drupalcamp in Ghent is free.

Catering:
There will be coffee available during reception, and there will be 1 coffeebreak in the afternoon. At noon there will be a sandwich lunch. This is all free of charge.
There are vending machines available on the campus if you want to buy soda, snacks or additional coffee. 
 
Day schedule:
The following day schedule will be followed on friday and saturday:
 
9:00 - 10:00: reception and coffee
10:00 - 12:00: 2 sessions
12:00 - 13:00: sandwich lunch & drinks
13:00 - 15:00: 2 sessions 
15:00 - 15:30: coffee break
15:30 - 17:30: 2 sessions
17:30 - 18:00: closing
 
Pubmeeting:
A busy schedule without a pubmeeting? Friday night there will be a pubmeeting, of course. Information will be published as soon as possible.
 
Wifi:
There will be a free wifi connection available at the campus. The network password will be on display in the foyer.

The foyer and all auditoria are accessible for people with physical disabilities through the use of an elevator. Please contact the organisation beforehand in case you want to use these facilities, to guarantee their availability.
